Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome, and we usually have more than one therapist available. If you’d like to avoid waiting—especially during busy times—feel free to call ahead to check availability.
What should I wear?
Undress to your comfort level—many clients keep their underwear on, while others remove all clothing. You will always be properly draped with a sheet or towel; only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Should I talk during the massage?
Totally up to you—some clients prefer silence, others like to chat. Please let your therapist know your preference.
Note: Many of our therapists are native Chinese speakers and may have limited English. They’ll do their best to understand you—simple requests like “softer,” “harder,” or “focus on shoulders” are perfect. Your comfort is the priority.
Will it hurt?
You may feel some discomfort when your therapist works on tight muscles or pressure points—that’s normal, and often a sign the area needs attention. Many clients describe it as a “good hurt.” The goal isn’t to cause pain, but to release tension. If it ever feels overwhelming, let your therapist know so they can adjust.
Health & safety
Before your massage, let us know about any injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or medical conditions. This helps us tailor your session safely.
Arrival & phone etiquette
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
- Silence your phone to keep the room peaceful.
- Hydrate after your session to support recovery.
Tipping etiquette
Tipping is highly recommended. Our highly trained massage therapists work hard to ensure your comfort and well-being. A tip of 20% or more is customary, and your generosity is always appreciated.
Professional standards
We are a professional massage business. Inappropriate requests will result in refusal of service.
